COMMUNITY

The Adirondack Club is committed to being the very best community partner we can be. Every year we donate thousands of dollars in memberships and services to local organizations of all kinds. In addition, we carefully choose a limited number of causes we feel reflect the values of The Club and commit additional resources to these groups. DONATION REQUESTS

Donation Request Guidelines

  • All requests must be formally submitted via the form below for consideration. Phone or in-person requests are not accepted. 

  • All requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to event date. 

  • All requests must be submitted by a current member of the Club in good standing. 

    • The Adirondack Club has a limited number of donations available to non-members. Requests submitted by non-members will be evaluated separately.

  • If the request is approved and the donation is not utilized as intended it must be returned to the Club.

  • Given the volume of requests, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time.

  • Each nonprofit organization is eligible for a donation no more than once per calendar year.
