This program is for novice and advanced high school athletes looking to get faster, jump higher, and become stronger and more confident in their sports.

This program requires athletes to train a minimum of 2x a week.

Our high school program runs in 8-14 week sessions depending on the time of the year (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer).

3:15-4:15pm

 

Saturday:

10:00-11:00am

Saturday time slot is also for 1x in-season athletes.

 

Space is limited to 8 athletes per training slot

 

Cost for Session per Day:
$210 members | $264 non-members

We will do our best to make up for missed sessions during the 12-week program.
