KIDS GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

The Club offers a variety of Kids Group X sessions during the Fall, Winter & Spring! 

 

​Winter Session Runs: January 27th through March 14th

Free for family members - $54.00 for non-members

Registration opens on 1/20 on the Adirondack App

Mondays- Kids Yoga with Mila 4:00pm - 4:45pm (Ages 6-12)


Wednesdays - Kids Cycle with Patty - 4:00pm - 4:45pm (Ages 10 - 14)


Thursdays - Fun Fit Kidz with Lara - 4:00pm - 4:45pm (Age 6 - 14)

 

SAMPLE CLASSES

Kids Yoga

 

YOGA comes to life in this fun and creative class! Playful yoga poses, storytelling and music engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of your child, while partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that they are sure to carry into their everyday lives.

 

Kids Cycle

Kids will learn the basics of cycling. Setting up the bike. The positions of the bike and how to ride with the correct form. Fun playlists and high energy instructors will make this class so much fun!

Fun Fit Kidz

The best exercise is when you don’t feel like you’re exercising. Fun Fit Kidz is so much fun it doesn’t feel like a workout– but your kids will feel it later. Tag games, walk/run/jump activities, obstacle course, fitness circuits and more will provide the same benefits as structured exercise without the boredom. 

Run/Walk Club

Kids of all ages will learn the importance of walking and running for fun. They will learn how far the daily 10,000 recommended steps actually are and how fun it is to achieve them. The Run/Walk Club kids will earn a necklace and foot charms with every mile completed. Special charms are given for 5, 10, etc... miles. The club mileage can be accumulated in fall and spring kids group exercise
