This program is for youth (11-14 years old) athletes and non-athletes looking to improve fitness, athleticism, strength, power and confidence.


Our programs run in multi-week sessions during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. The multi-week session requires a minimum of 1x a week commitment. We try to make up all missed sessions.

During the Summer our program runs as a drop-in program to allow for training around vacation, travel, and camps.

Winter Middle School

No Training during school vacation weeks (12/23-1/4 and 2/17 - 2/22)

For the best results, we suggest 2x a week training.
This program only requires a once-a-week commitment.
