Gain Strength And Speed In The Water This Spring!

Whether your swimmer is beginning to develop their skills or is ready for more advanced training, our Swim Club programs focus on building confidence, endurance, and technique. With expert coaching and a fun, positive, and supportive environment, every swimmer has the opportunity to grow and thrive in the water.

Swim Club: 45-minute practices, twice a week, for kids aged 8-13 ready to take their swimming to the next level. Designed for swimmers at Red Cross Level 4, this program focuses on learning  the four competitive strokes, with an emphasis on technique & building endurance.

 

Swim Club Pro: 1-hour practices, twice a week, for advanced swimmers at Red Cross Levels 5 & 6. Practices emphasize higher yardage, speed, and endurance to build strength and performance, while continuing to refine technique. Includes dry land training every 4 weeks with a Sports Performance coach.
 

Swim Club:

  • Session Dates: March 31st to May 31st | Tuesday, Thursday 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
     

Swim Club Pro:

  • Session Dates: March 31st to May 31st | Tuesday, Thursday 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
